Either she’s slouching in the first one or she’s standing up tall. If she’s standing tall, then that’s another huge difference you can see in this photo besides her weight loss. Her posture is a lot better. In the before photo, you can see kind of a hunch back, and in the after photo it’s non-existent. This is one of the reasons I love seeing before and after photos. They’re so inspiring. I have a gross small hunch back that I hate so much, but seeing this gives me hope. It’ll most likely be different once I get down to my goal weight.

I think I might have wrong how much I weigh :/
